We provide several levels of training for all of our products, as well as Crystal Decision’s Report Writer. Classes are held on a daily basis. Clients have a choice of training locations (fees vary):

Intro to Human Resource Management - Perfect HCM
Class is designed for the Human Resources Professional who is new to our HRIS solutions. The curriculum entails a comprehensive overview of the HR Management module including New Hires, Terminations, Reporting, and Time & Attendance, as well as detailed information pertaining to the most commonly used elements within the system.
Advanced Human Resource Management - Perfect HCM
Class is designed for the Human Resources Professional who has taken the introductory class and wants to get into the advanced functionality of the system. This very thorough class entails Custom Benefit Statements, Salary Planning & Administration, Position Control, Attendance, Detail Reporting, Multiple Job Cost Centers, Implementation and Comprehensive Security Administration.
Applicant Tracking - Perfect HCM
An introductory class designed for the professional recruiter who wants an in depth understanding of the system’s capabilities. The class encompasses the integration and relationship with the HR module and includes New Applicants, Managing Positions and Postings and Applicant Reporting.
Perfect HCM - Payroll Management
Class designed to encompass the entire payroll process using the Perfect HCM Payroll Management module, and covers New Hires, Payroll Entry, Company Set-Up, Job Tracking, Direct Deposit, EFTPS and Reporting.
Intro Crystal Reports
This course will allow users to construct basic custom report templates of their own to use across all Perfect HCM modules. Each product will be covered for a portion of the class. Class agenda includes record selection, syntax, building simple formulas, and formatting for success.
Advanced Crystal Reports
This course will allow users to construct advanced custom report templates of their own to use within the Perfect HCM Suite of products. The agenda covers building sub reports, complex formulas, visual linking, using variables, letter templates, and creating custom forms.
