PerfectLMS

An robust add-on to PerfectHR and PerfectESS, PerfectLMS is a web site portal where employees can securely login (using their ESS login credentials) and view and enroll in scheduled training classes. Born from years of training expertise, PerfectLMS allows you to offer competency requirement training in an easy to use employee interface yet a powerful administration vantage point.

For the employee: One can login and view scheduled training events, results, skills achieved and enroll in classes offered. The training class list can be tailored per employee automatically using the Organizational Development Feature of PerfectLMS. This allows administrators to associate specific competencies to job positions with training classes linked to satisfy competencies. The results is a customized relevant list of classes for employee of their personal organizational development track. Employees can see a detailed view of past training events and competencies they have achieved. Configuration allows for email notification to be sent to employee, instructor and or supervisor upon enrollment in class.

For the Instructor: PerfectLMS allows for administration from internal and external instructors to schedule classes, review employee class rosters, contact scheduled employees and notifying/grading employees on their class achievements via email notification. Class Grading functions allows for competency records and training events to be appended to the employee's record in PerfectHR. Instructors can define class descriptions in great detail and list material and resources employees may need. Instructor personal details, company, training class locations and all associated costs are also stored for easy reporting of cost of training per employee.

For the Admin: The Organizational Development feature allows for competencies to be linked to job positions and proposed job position. This allows a training track to be created for each employee. Competencies are derived from training classes to that satisfy training requirements. User security view, complete Instructor/Employee menu control, code table maintenance, admin created help menus, multi instructor company user id are few of the many features that the administrators of PerfectLMS can employ to rollout the PerfectLMS solution.

PerfectLMS reports on:

  • Class lists with detailed for employee.
  • Class resources used during a selected time frame.
  • Classes scheduled during a selected time frame.
  • Employee competency training to date.
  • Courses employees are required to take.
  • Employee progress within training track.
  • Instructor class schedules, enrolled employees.
  • Required competencies per job positions.
