Michael Gabriele — President & CEO

Mike is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years experience in HR technology. A co-founder of PerfectSoftware and founder of its parent, Aspetuck Systems Inc., Mike formulated the original strategic vision of the company as an HR consulting practice, and led the change in the late 1980's from providing consulting to developing and delivering best of breed software and services. Under his focused leadership, PerfectSoftware grew profitability and has become a leading national provider of human resource solutions. Prior to PerfectSoftware, Mike served in various roles including Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for a software subsidiary of Contel (acquired by GTE) and National Sales Manager at Dun & Bradstreet. He started his career as a human resource consultant and HR software distributor.

Mike has received numerous awards including "Businessman of the Year, 2003" from the Congressional Committee's Business Advisory Council, the Integrated Systems and Services Division Award of National CSS and is a three-time winner of the Deloitte and Touché Connecticut Technology Fast 50 award.

Brian J. Kesselman — Chief Information Officer

Brian joined PerfectSoftware in 1995 and leads the company's R&D and technology operations teams, including key relationships with the company's OEM and VAR partners. During his tenure with PerfectSoftware, he has held various roles and responsibilities, leading global efforts and managing product design and development, QA, infrastructure, implementation, service delivery, customer support and release management. Notably, Brian co-invented the Business Process Management (BPM) technology that serves as the platform for PerfectSoftware's products and led the company through its transition to web-native technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment capabilities. In his early career, Brian held management roles at Hospitality Franchise Systems, Inc. and CSI, Inc., a computer hardware vendor. Brian received his BS from Penn State University.

Vincent P. Russo — Director of Client Training & Support

Vince joined PerfectSoftware in 1999 and manages the company’s national customer service and support, implementation, and training teams. Leading up to his role overseeing the department, Vince utilized his extensive experience in technology management, personally managing over 500 system installations and implementations at PerfectSoftware. Vince is a chief contributor to the design of product enhancements and leads the business practice designed to incorporate client feedback and needs into future product and service offerings.

Amy Rule — Professional Services Manager

Joining PerfectSoftware in 2004, Amy manages the company’s professional services and payroll implementation teams. Over the course of her career, she has played an instrumental role in the analysis, design, development and implementation of several proprietary management information systems (MIS) across multiple industries, including three payroll products. Prior to PerfectSoftware, Amy led large-scale project teams as Cross-Functional and Process Manager with Oxford Health Plans. Amy received her BA from Colby College and MA from University College Cork in Ireland.
